When implemented successfully, a center of enablement (CoE) allows any person, regardless of their previous training or experience, to learn and develop new skills while helping a company achieve its goals.
A center of enablement is different from a center of excellence since the latter focuses on establishing best practices for a company and only involves those within the organization who have a deep knowledge of data and analytics.
